BCS is proud to announce that its joint venture with KeyLogic, KBC Energy Solutions, LLC (KBC), has been awarded a prime contract from the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) for mission execution support services. This award is testament to the decades of experience that both JV partners have in providing reliable, high quality professional services to NETL, DOE and other energy clients for decades. The five-year contract is initially valued at $121 million.

It is focused on ensuring affordable and reliable energy that drives a robust economy and national security, while developing technologies to manage carbon across the full life cycle, and enabling environmental sustainability for all Americans. Through innovation and outstanding research management practices, NETL is playing a critical role as the U.S. transitions to a clean and secure energy future. KBC will provide mission execution support services to NETL at its locations primarily in Morgantown, WV, Pittsburgh, PA and Albany, OR in areas such as strategic and operational planning, project implementation, compliance, and communications.
